Christian Heritage Academy EXTENDED CARE ENROLLMENT FORM 2007-2008
Extended Care is a service provided to working parents of C.H.A. students. If you enroll your child full time in the extended care program, fees must be paid by Monday of the current week by 6:00 p.m. FULL TIME ENROLLMENT--$35.00 per week for child Fee is due in advance on Monday of each week. It includes a snack after school. The cost of child care for a student in full time enrollment when school is not in session for one day of the week is $13.00, in addition to the weekly charge. DROP IN ENROLLMENT--Flat rate of $10.00 per day when school is in session Fee is due on day of attendance. The cost of drop in child care for a full day when school is not in session is $25.00 per day. Fees for Christmas and spring breaks will be advertised at the appropriate time. When school is not in session, additional fees may be charged for field trips. HOURS: 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. LATE FEES: A late fee of $20.00 is charged if care is not paid for in a timely manner. Students picked up after 6:00 p.m. will be charged late fees as follows: There will be a $15.00 minimum fee for the first 15 minutes of overtime, and $2.00 per minute thereafter. |
