Explanation of Fees

Registration Fee

        Payable at the time of registration, this fee is refundable only if the applicant is not accepted by the school.  Students entering the school later in the year are responsible for 100% of the fee.  No place will be held for a student until this fee is paid.  Included in the registration fee is student accident insurance coverage. A registration discount of 50% will be given to those registering by March 31, 2008.

        Kindergarten applicants are required to undergo a readiness screening before entering the program.  Applicants will be contacted to arrange a convenient date and time for the evaluation.  The fee for this service is $30.00.

Curriculum Fee

        This fee will be due by July 15.  The fee for grades K5 - 8th includes textbook and workbook fees, as well as teaching materials and incidentals.  It is not refundable after the first day of classes.  Students entering the school later in the year are responsible for 100% of the fee.

Tuition Fee

        Tuition is payable on or before the first of the month, and is due in 10 monthly payments, August through May.  There will be no refunds of tuition payments.

Late Penalties

        After the 10th of each month, a late payment fee of $30.00 will be added to accounts with unpaid balances.  Students whose accounts are more than 30 days past due may be suspended from classes until a satisfactory agreement is reached with the business office. 

        Upon the third occurrence of an account being in arrears, continued enrollment in the school will be possible only upon receipt of a cashier's check for the total arrearage, plus the remainder of the year's tuition.

        Parents of students who are withdrawn or dismissed from school part way through the year are responsible for the full tuition for the month in which the child is withdrawn.  Parents are required to complete a withdrawal form from the office before a student's records will be transferred.  In addition, student records will not be transferred while an outstanding balance remains on the family's account.

        A charge of $30.00 will be assessed for returned checks.  Upon subsequent occurrence of a returned check, parents may be asked to make future payments with cash or money order.

Tuition Discounts

        A tuition discount of 5% will be given to those paying the year's tuition in full by August 1, 2008.

        A 10% discount is offered to those families with more than one child attending the school.  Payment for the first child in each family will be the full tuition; subsequent (younger) children will receive a 10% discount, calculated after annual prepaid discount, if applicable, is applied.

School Hours

        8:30 – 3:00 Monday – Friday: K4 -5^th  (Extended care is available for students who arrive before 8:00 a.m or remain after 3:15 p.m., for an additional fee.)

        8:20 – 3:10 Monday – Friday: 6^th - 8^th (Extended care is available for students who arrive before 8:00 a.m or remain after 3:15 p.m., for an additional fee.)

        K4 and NILD fee schedules are available in the school office.
